SL Corporation, a software firm, based in Marin County, seeks a skilled Java Developer to join our team.
Job Description:
SL Corporation is currently looking for a versatile Java Developer to work on our RTView line of products. RTView is used for monitoring the availability and performance of critical applications and their components in large enterprises. Many fortune 500 companies in the financial services, eCommerce, transportation, logistics, energy and telecom sectors use RTView to ensure that they detect and solve application problems before they affect their end-users.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2+ years professional industry programming experience
- Experience in developing Java Swing applications
- Experience with Web application development.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to produce results within specific timeframes
- Ability to work in both Windows and Unix environments
- Ability to work with an existing body of source code
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills
- Experience with system management tools for monitoring enterprise environments
- Experience in developing user interfaces
- Experience developing software for enterprise use.
- Experience in developing data base access to Java applications
- Experience in developing middleware access from Java applications
- Knowledge of Web technologies such as HTML, JSP, JavaScript, Flash, and servlets
