Job Description:
SL Corporation is currently looking for a versatile Java Developer to work on our RTView line of products. RTView is used for monitoring the availability and performance of critical applications and their components in large enterprises. Many fortune 500 companies in the financial services, eCommerce, transportation, logistics, energy and telecom sectors use RTView to ensure that they detect and solve application problems before they affect their end-users.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2+ years professional industry programming experience
- Experience in developing Java Swing applications.
- Experience with Web application development.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to produce results within specific timeframes
- Ability to work in both Windows and Unix environments
- Ability to work with an existing body of source code
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Required Skills:
- Experience finding and reporting bugs
- Experience creating and executing test cases
- Ability to develop and deliver QA reporting documentation
- Experience with Windows, Unix and/or Mac platforms
- Experience creating and editing documentation with MS Office, Wiki
- Knowledge of various forms of internet communication
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with remote team members and external teams
