Tom Lubinski – President and CEO, Board Chairman

Tom Lubinski founded SL Corporation in 1983 and is currently the company’s president and CEO. He has been instrumental in developing SL’s Graphical Modeling System Software (SL-GMS) and the more recent RTView software. Prior to starting SL Corporation, he attended the California Institute of Technology and developed a substantial consulting practice specializing in Object-Oriented Programming and Graphical Visualization Systems. He has over thirty years of experience in the development of computer hardware systems and software applications.

Nina Cartee – Chief Financial Officer and Member of Board of Directors

As Chief Financial Officer, Nina Cartee is responsible for directing the firm’s financial activities. Nina brings twenty-five years of broad, business based experience to her position. Prior to joining SL, Nina was chief operating officer of Shoreline Pacific Equity, Ltd., a boutique investment banking firm specializing in private placement transactions. She previously ran her own firm providing consulting services to new and small business in accounting systems, procedures, and information technology. Nina also served as vice president of operations for the emergency medical group, overseeing the company’s information systems and financial activities. Nina received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Ted Wilson – Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Ted Wilson is responsible for SL’s world wide direct sales and channel sales for more than fifty ISVs, OEMs, and Value-added Resellers. Ted brings more than sixteen years of high technology management experience and has held vice president positions at Pacific Scientific Instruments and Ion Systems. He also held a sales executive position at Motorola. He holds a bachelor’s degree from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Rodney Morrison – Vice President of Products

As Vice President of Products, Rodney Morrison is responsible for product management, tracking market industry trends, as well as competitive analysis for SL. Rodney has had several roles since joining SL in 1988 as part of the development team, including technical sales support, managing software development, developing the VAR network in Europe, and managing sales and marketing efforts in Europe and Japan. Prior to SL, Rodney was a software development engineer and manager focusing on real-time embedded systems at Texas Instruments, Litton Industries, and E-Systems (Raytheon). Rodney holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Katherine Rincon – Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Katherine Rincon is responsible for driving SL's corporate, product, and channel marketing strategies. Katherine brings over 17 years of marketing experience in the infrastructure software arena. Most recently, she served as vice president of marketing for Cape Clear Software. Prior to that, she served as vice president of marketing for Embarcadero Technologies, AltoWeb, and BEA Systems, having joined BEA through the acquisition of her second start-up, WebLogic. Earlier in her career, Katherine held various senior marketing management and technical positions at NetDynamics, Visa International, Citibank, and Arthur Andersen's consulting group. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in Quantitative Economics and French Literature from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ed Koo – Director of Technical Services

As Director of Technical Services, Ed Koo manages a team of solution engineers that provide technical support and professional services for customers across the entire SL product line. His team works closely with clients to implement data visualization solutions that meet demanding end-user requirements. Ed is also responsible for creating the content for and delivery of SL knowledge management and education centers. Since joining SL in 1995, Ed has been involved with developing mission-critical applications for a number of Fortune 500 customers. He possesses extensive experience in graphical interface design for industries such as network management, process control, and IT infrastructure monitoring. Prior to joining SL, Ed was employed by University of California at San Diego (UCSD) as a physics instructor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from California Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Physics from UCSD.

Yoshie Hashima - President, Representative Director of SL Japan Corporation

Yoshie Hashima is responsible for the Japan operations. She has over twenty years of experience in advanced software technology and businesses including: Artificial intelligence, Object Oriented Database, and Multi-media. Yoshie led SL’s entry in the Japanese market in 1991 through distribution channels. After a successful business establishment with major customers in the areas of process control, network management, traffic control, and aerospace/defense, she founded SL Japan in 1998 with SL. She has a bachelor’s degree in Physical Chemistry from International Christian University (Tokyo), transferring from University of California, Berkeley and started her career at Hewlett-Packard.
