InfoWorld awarded SL’s customer, Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) the 2008 InfoWorld 100 Award for their Central Monitoring and Control system based on SL’s RTView® platform. This single-pane-of-glass Application Performance Management (APM) solution monitors the health of several custom applications and underlying components that comprise OOCL’s shipment lifecycle management infrastructure. Application support and production monitoring teams are now better equipped to help ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) for OOCL’s 2.5 million annual shipments. |
