Improve Rendezvous Monitoring
RTView for TIBCO includes the Rendezvous Monitor, a collection of out-of-box displays that present important traffic statistics about all RV daemons on the network. The system auto-discovers RV daemons and provides dashboards that consolidate and provide easy access to critical information such as:
- Real-time display of connections to RV daemon metrics
- Detection of overloaded daemons
- Top producers and consumers
- UDP service ports and connections per RV daemon
- Traffic statistics such as Kbytes sent/received, missed packets and retransmissions
- Aggregate traffic trends
- RVtrace multicast subject and packet tables
RTView for TIBCO enables users to revise the out-of-box displays and easily build new dashboards, with no programming, as well as configure alerts in order to create customized Rendezvous monitoring applications. When used in conjunction with other RTView components, users are able to:
- Archive metrics in the RTView Historian for trend analysis
- Detect transaction latencies with the RTView Transaction Monitor
- Consolidate TIBCO monitoring by combining dashboards from all TIBCO messaging products into one console to monitor multiple products
