Logging a Support Case

There are three ways to log a support case:

  1. Log in to the support portal and create a new case

  2. Send an email to support@sl.com with your contact information, a detailed description of the problem, the SL product name and version number

  3. Call 1-800- 548-6881 or +1 415-927-8400 from outside the United States

It is recommended you use the support portal wherever possible so you can access knowledge base articles as well as manage your existing cases.
