Application Servers are a key component for many critical business applications. Commercial products such as Oracle’s WebLogic or IBM’s WebSphere, as well as open-source Apache and Tomcat servers, provide the framework in which many large and critical customer-facing applications are deployed. Real-time monitoring of the health-state and performance characteristics of these servers is essential to the trouble-free operation of such applications.
The RTView
® Platform provides all the necessary real-time data adapters and analytics processing necessary to monitor key metrics from these servers, aggregate the metrics in ways that makes sense for a particular server, visualize server detail and make these metrics available to other RTView displays that can present a comprehensive health-state view of an application including detail from all critical components.
